Mind Body Healing Collective is a supportive healing space where you can learn how to feel more at home in your body. We are an integrative group practice of multi-disciplinary practitioners who collaboratively support whole-body healing for those impacted by trauma and other mental health issues.
We incorporate body-based, naturalistic approaches to healing trauma through education and body-based modalities, such as Somatic Experiencing®, Mental Health Occupational Therapy, wellness coaching and trauma sensitive yoga. These practices are specifically
designed to help you learn how to self-regulate, integrate and restore the nervous system.
At Mind Body Healing Collective, we believe recovering from trauma is possible through a gentle and collaborative process using whole-body healing. We support you on your healing journey by teaching you how to connect to your own experience and your own
self-worth in order to help you effectively live in your truth. Recognizing the nature of trauma and understanding its impact in your life is where hope and recovery begin. With our holistic approach, we will help you find hope, strength, healing and long-lasting change.
