Mind Body Healing Collective offers a monthly trauma-informed breathwork class as part of our integrative services designed to support whole-body healing. Led by certified breathwork facilitator and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Amy Bjorkman, SEP, this experience is grounded in nervous system–informed care and supports healing from the effects of stress and trauma.
Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that supports reconnection with the body, calming of the mind, and gentle release of stored tension through intentional breathing.
