This 75-minute restorative experience offers a calming space to slow down, rest deeply, and support nervous system regulation. Participants will be guided through fully supported restorative yoga while receiving gentle Reiki offered with consent through light touch or hands-near techniques.
The session is designed to help the body settle, reduce stress, and create space for quiet restoration in a supportive community environment.
Who This Experience Is For
This session may be especially supportive for individuals who:
- Feel overwhelmed, stressed, or mentally fatigued
- Are looking for a calming nervous system reset
- Prefer slow, supportive movement and rest-based practices
- Are curious about Reiki or restorative yoga in a gentle, structured setting
- Want a peaceful space to pause and reconnect with themselves
No prior yoga or Reiki experience is required.
What You May Experience

This experience is intended as a supportive wellness offering and is not a substitute for clinical treatment.
What to Expect
This 75-minute session includes:
- Fully supported restorative yoga using props
- Reiki, a gentle relaxation practice offered through light touch or hands-near support
- A calm, structured environment designed for deep rest
- Guided support to help the body settle and release tension
Participants are invited to rest comfortably and engage at their own pace.
What to Bring & Wear
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax.
Mats, blankets, bolsters, and other props will be provided, though you are welcome to bring personal items for added comfort.
No Reiki or prior yoga experience is required.

About the Facilitators
Regan Mays, MSc, RYT

Regan Mays provides experiential art therapy for neurodiverse teens and integrates Reiki, yoga, and sound therapies into her practice. She also offers equine-assisted therapies for individuals of all ages and abilities, specializing in therapeutic horseback riding and equine comparative psychology.
Regan recently co-facilitated the Healing Ground Equine-Assisted Somatic Workshop with Dr. Amy Bjorkman and completed her MSc in Psychology at Arizona State University. She is preparing her PhD application in Behavioral Neuroscience & Comparative Psychology.
Katie Petersen, MA, LPC

Katie Petersen is a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings trauma-informed care and nervous system awareness into her work with individuals seeking emotional balance and healing. Her approach supports clients in developing greater safety, regulation, and self-connection through compassionate and evidence-informed practices.
