Where Do I Start?

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.

Sometimes people arrive here knowing exactly what they want support for. More often, they just know something doesn’t feel right.

This page is designed to help you recognize what may be showing up beneath the surface — and explore supportive paths forward.

What feels most familiar?

Feeling Anxious or Overwhelmed

You may look like you’re managing everything on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside.

Your mind rarely slows down. You may find yourself constantly thinking about what needs to happen next, replaying conversations, worrying about the future, or carrying responsibilities for everyone around you.

You may feel emotionally exhausted, struggle to relax, or feel like you’re always “on” — even when you’re trying to rest.

You may want to explore:

Feeling Stuck or Disconnected

You may understand your patterns intellectually but still feel emotionally reactive, disconnected, or like something deeper hasn’t shifted.

You’ve done the reading. Maybe you’ve even been to therapy before. You understand where some of your struggles come from, yet you continue finding yourself in the same patterns, relationships, or emotional cycles.

You may feel disconnected from yourself, your emotions, or the life you want to be living.

When the Past Still Feels Present

You may find yourself reacting strongly to situations that seem small, struggling to feel safe, carrying experiences that continue to affect your relationships, emotions, or sense of self long after they happened.

Sometimes trauma comes from a specific event. Other times it develops through chronic stress, difficult relationships, medical experiences, loss, or experiences that felt overwhelming at the time.

You don’t have to know whether what you’ve experienced “counts” as trauma in order to seek support.

You may want to explore:

Navigating Relationship Challenges

You may find yourself having the same conversations over and over, feeling misunderstood, emotionally distant, or struggling to communicate in ways that feel productive and connecting.

Relationships can become painful when old patterns, stress, trauma, or unmet needs begin showing up in how we relate to one another.

You may be longing for more connection, understanding, trust, or emotional safety.

You may want to explore:

Curious About Body-Based Healing

You may feel drawn toward understanding how stress and emotions are experienced in the body and want practical tools for grounding, regulation, and healing.

Perhaps traditional approaches haven’t fully addressed what you’re experiencing, or you’ve noticed that anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm seem to show up physically in your body.

Body-based approaches can help build awareness, resilience, and a greater sense of connection with yourself.

Navigating Life Transitions or Feeling Different

You may be moving through a significant life change, questioning long-held expectations, discovering new aspects of yourself, navigating neurodivergence, or trying to understand where you fit during a season of transition.

Growth and change can be meaningful, but they can also feel confusing, isolating, or overwhelming.

You don’t have to navigate those experiences alone.

You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone

You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what you need — we’ll help guide you toward the therapist and approach that feels like the best fit.
